"Never has there been a more economically viable time to enter India with its affinity for western culture and trends – fusion Bollywood is becoming an international phenomenon and we are defining the future of Desi pop culture by fusing the sounds from Hollywood to Bollywood," said Anjula Acharia-Bath, CEO of Desi Hits!
"Sean Kingston going Bollywood is a fun collaboration with Sony BMG and we are honored to work with such a talented R&B superstar who gets it."
Desi Hits! has also produced a hilarious video that will be released following the selection of the winner.
DesiHits.com off-the-wall talent –The Bollywood Bar Stewards’ –Benn Shaw & Ghetto Guru- will host Kingston in this never-before-seen footage of the star's true Bollywood and South Asian (Desi) experience.
Within this video Desi Hits! takes Sean Kingston on an entertaining crash course of Bollywood and Desi culture and embraces everything from the traditional food, cultural trends, fashion, and of course his favorite topic the ‘beautiful ladies’ including Shilpa Shetty, Aishwarya Rai, Malaika Arora Khan, Bipasha Basu, Celina Jaitley and even new Hip Hop Bollywood babe Hard Kaur.
